Price: We are estimating the highest price a student would need to pay to be $1726. The final price will be determined in November once we have a final passenger count.
Travel Dates: Travel dates are subject to change and will be confirmed in July once the NHL schedule is released.

Bookings will open in June 2026 with 96 spaces. An initial deposit of $100 will be required to hold a seat. Once the booking is completed, you can manage your booking through WeTravel and can make additional payments at any time.
Below is the payment schedule. All accounts must have a paid balance of $1500 by November 12th so we can determine student count and price for final payment in December.
o 1st payment – $400 September 17th
o 2nd payment – $500 October 15th
o 3rd payment – $500 November 12th
o Final payment – December 10th (amount to be determined after the November 12th payment and will be updated in WeTravel to reflect owing balances)
Any reservations missing initial deposit or required payments will be considered incomplete and a seat will not be saved.

Once the first 148 spaces fill, a waitlist will become available. When space(s) become available, an invite will be sent out to waitlisted names and you will have 48 hours to sign up and paying the owing deposit(s).

Every student is issued an insurance policy upon booking, which is included in the price. Below is the summary of the policy information and coverage. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of the Manulife policy booklet.
Coverage highlights include:
- Emergency Medical Up to $1,000,000 CDN
- Baggage and Personal Effects Up to $500
- Delayed Luggage Up to $100
- Delayed Sporting Equipment Up to $150
- Trip Cancellation Up to Sum Insured
- Trip Interruption Unlimited (Economy)
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply based on the date notice is received:
Prior to September 17, 2026: 6% cancellation fee
September 17 to October 14, 2026: $100 cancellation fee
October 15, 2026 and after: 100% non-refundable.
Trip cancellation claims may be submitted through your travel insurance policy. Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, and the reason for cancellation must be a covered event.
Food allergies and dietary restrictions noted at the time of booking will be communicated to restaurants. However, there are no guarantees against cross-contamination.
